Using Clipzy
Clipzy is a local-first tool for reviewing, organizing, editing, exporting, and sharing Twitch clips you are authorized to access. You must be legally able to accept these terms and comply with applicable laws, Twitch’s terms, and the rules of your Apple or Google account. Clipzy’s store listing is intended for adults.
Dat Da Dat LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Clipzy for its intended purpose. You may not interfere with the app, bypass its access or purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Your clips and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to access, edit, export, publish, and share each clip, including music, gameplay, likenesses, and other material it contains. Clipzy does not grant rights to Twitch content or protect you from copyright, privacy, publicity, or platform claims.
Free plan and Clipzy Pro
The free plan includes Clipzy’s browsing, review, organization, playback, and download workflow, supported by ads, plus a monthly allowance of finished exports. Clipzy Pro provides unlimited finished exports and removes ads while the subscription is active.
Clipzy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in monthly and annual periods. The app shows the exact localized price, billing period, and any trial or introductory terms before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Unless you cancel before the store’s renewal deadline, the subscription renews automatically and the store charges the then-current price.
Manage or cancel Clipzy Pro in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting Clipzy or local app data does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases in the app can recover an eligible entitlement. Apple or Google handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests under its own rules. Clipzy does not receive your full payment card details.
Third-party services
Clipzy depends on services provided by Twitch, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Sentry, and other platform providers. Their terms and availability also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content changes, account actions, or policy decisions, and features that depend on those services may change or stop working.
Local data and availability
Clipzy stores its library, edits, and downloads primarily on your device. You are responsible for device storage, finished-export backups, and deleting shared copies. Updates may change, add, or remove features, limits, or compatibility. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipzy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of local data. Dat Da Dat LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- profit damages arising from Clipzy or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Clipzy changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires consent, we will request it as required by law. Questions: support@clipzy.xyz.
