Help with the Clipzy mobile app
Twitch sign-in does not return to Clipzy
- Update Clipzy and your default browser.
- Try sign-in again from the Clipzy login screen.
- Make sure your device can open HTTPS links to clipzy.xyz.
Clips are missing or out of order
Clipzy starts with the newest clips and continues loading older history. Clips you hide are removed from the review queue on that device. Pull to refresh after a network interruption.
Playback or download is slow
- Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Pause other large downloads.
- Retry the clip; media is delivered directly by Twitch.
Export or captions fail
Confirm there is enough free device storage. Automatic captions also need the permission shown by your device and may require downloading a language model.
Delete local data and connected records
Open Clipzy’s account screen and choose Delete Local Data. This removes Clipzy’s stored state for the active Twitch account on that device. Signing out alone does not delete it. Finished exports already saved to your gallery must be deleted there.
Clipzy does not create a separate Clipzy account or store your clip library on a Clipzy server. You can revoke Clipzy’s access from your Twitch connections settings. For help deleting the anonymous analytics record used by PostHog or the anonymous customer record used by RevenueCat for subscription status, email support@clipzy.xyz.
